I’m a Licensed Architect and emerging leader focused on one of the most overlooked challenges in our industry: how we develop our people.

While working over the past decade, I’ve seen a gap that most firms quietly struggle with; talented young professionals who want to grow, but lack clear structure, mentorship, and meaningful professional development. So instead of waiting for a solution, I built one.

I created and led a professional development program within my firm designed specifically for emerging architects. The program focused on real-world skills: consultant coordination, client communication, decision-making, and leadership development; things we’re expected to know, but rarely taught.

What started as a small internal initiative quickly became something more impactful: a space for honest conversation, practical learning, and growth that translated directly into project performance.

Through Advocate Architect, I help firms do the same; designing professional development programs that are not just educational, but actionable, scalable, and aligned with how architects actually work.

Because investing in your people shouldn’t be an afterthought; it should be part of your strategy.
